QA/QC Introduction

The QC Department responsibility is to ensure the quality of our raw materials and finished products. Firstly, they should check the quality of the raw materials of our suppliers or in addition to those of our own. Additionally, they must inspect semi-finished products during assembly procedures.

Another important task is to check the finished products and set the requirements to be met by the Production and Technology departments, meaning they must always be alert to ways in which they can improve our products. They also have to test each new product that has been developed by our R&D team. There target, which they have consistently achieved, is to meet a maximum refund rate of 5%.
